Ross McMahon, is the current CEO of Kendal Nutricare and a committed driving force behind the company.
Mr McMahon holds a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural and Food Science, and has been deeply involved in the food industry for over 30 years. His scientific background allows him to take a hands-on approach with the business, ensuring a commitment to producing the very best products from British sources.
Kendamil infant formula is manufactured using full cream mammals milk fats sourced in and around the beautiful Lake District National Park. Kendal Nutricare uses only natural Omega 3 from pure marine algae and do not use palm oil, GMOs nor fish oil in their Kendamil infant formulas.
Through steering Kendamil from being an unknown newcomer in the heavily dominated infant formula market, to now being on the shelves of 1400 stores across the UK, including Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Morrisons, Waitrose, EH Booths and Ocado, and 21 countries across South East Asia, Africa, eastern Europe and the Middle east, Mr McMahon has been recognised for his entrepreneurial skills and talents.
Mr McMahon is the winner of 2017 Institute of Directors ‘Start Up Director of the Year Award 2017’, and Natwest’s Great British Entrepreneur ‘Innovation Entrepreneur of the Year 2017’ Award.
